This site collects the following information:

• Contact form submissions: your name, email address, chosen inquiry category, and message, stored so R.A. Medeiros can respond.
• Reviews: the name, rating, and text you submit on the Reviews page, stored pending approval and then shown publicly if approved.
• Analytics: aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics via a self-hosted Matomo instance to understand which pages and campaign links are visited. Matomo does not sell data to third parties.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Data is retained only as long as needed to respond to inquiries or display approved reviews.
